Questions, answered
What comes with the vacuum?
The S3P cordless vacuum, motorized LED floor head, crevice tool, brush tool, detachable battery, washable HEPA filter, charger and a wall mount. The wall mount is optional, because the S3P also stands up on its own.
Can it handle pet hair or thick carpet?
Yes. The suction and anti-tangle brush roll are designed to lift pet hair and deep debris from carpets, rugs and hard floors.
How does it charge, and how long does it take?
It charges from the included charger and typically takes about 4–5 hours for a full charge. The battery is detachable, so you can charge it on or off the vacuum.
How big is the dustbin?
1.5L, which means fewer trips to the trash during a full-house clean.
Why might it arrive in a different brand's box?
To keep shipping fast and prices low, your vacuum may arrive in its original manufacturer packaging, such as INSE. It's the same product shown and described here, and it's fully supported by Kolnar.
What if I want to return it?
You have 30 days after it arrives to request a return. Contact us first and we'll send a return shipping label with instructions.
